Cancellation Policy

  • We pay careful attention to quality control, but in the unlikely event of damage, stains, or quality problems with the product, we will take responsibility for the problem after discussing it with you.
    In such a case, we will only accept the product if we are notified within 2 days of receipt of the product.
  • We will only accept items for customer convenience if we are notified within 2 days of receipt of the item. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
    No handling fee will be charged for cancellations.
