- What is the difference from ordinary incense sticks?

The biggest difference is the shape. We hope that the time you spend for burning incense will be an important time for remembering the deceased.
The ingredients of incense sticks and our incense are the same, so they can be used in the same way as conventional incense sticks.
- What is the burn time?

It takes about 45 minutes. Please come and join us for a happy time to talk with your family.
- What scent do you smell?

Our original blend of natural and synthetic fragrances is designed to create a relaxing scent. We do not use strong scents, as each person has his or her own taste in fragrances. Please rest assured.
- What is the raw material of incense?

Based on natural ingredients, natural and synthetic fragrances are used as raw materials.
As for synthetic fragrances, we use as raw materials those that have been deemed safe by the IFRA Organization, an international organization that determines the safety of fragrances.
- Is there a lot of smoke?

In recent years, there are incense sticks with less smoke, but we have not reduced the amount of smoke to an extreme level in order for you to enjoy the burning design and the Japanese saying that "the smoke and aroma of incense is a meal for the deceased" and "we talk with the deceased through the smoke".
Some parts of the design may emit more smoke than others.
- What should I do if there is a problem with the product?

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the event of damage or initial defects after delivery, please contact us within 2 days via "Send comments or inquiries by message" or contact information on the delivery note.
About Ordering
- Can you send it as a gift?

Yes, it is possible." With the exception of "E-Gifts", when items are sent directly to the recipient as a gift, the name, address, and phone number of the person who placed the order will be listed in the sender's column on the shipping slip.
If you wish to change the sender, such as if you are ordering on behalf of someone else, please indicate so in the "Contact Us" section.
- Is it possible to pick up my COD order at another location, such as my work or parents' home?

It is possible.
If you order a gift by COD, please make sure that the recipient is aware of the COD situation before using this service.
- I only know the name of the deceased

If you do not know the name of the recipient (if you only know the name of the deceased), please add the name of the deceased in the last name field and "family" in the first name field.

- I do not know the phone number of the delivery address.

If you would like us to send your order directly to you and do not know the phone number of the recipient,
(1) "Enter your own number" or
(2) Substitute the number "0".

About Delivery
- How much does it cost for shipping?

- Which shipping company?

Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport Takkyubin.
- I want to know how long it takes to arrive.

We will ship within 2 to 4 business days after confirming payment, except for COD.
Delivery will take approximately 1 to 3 days after the product is shipped.
The shortest delivery time to Kyushu, Hokkaido, Chugoku, and Shikoku is the day after the shipment, and to the rest of Honshu, the day after the shipment.
Delivery to Okinawa and other remote islands may take up to one week.
*Delivery may be delayed due to the effects of traffic due to bad weather, etc.
*Delivery may take longer than usual during busy periods such as year-end and New Year holidays and Bon holidays.
Returns and Exchanges
- Can I return the product?

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason attributable to the customer.
In the unlikely event of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us within 8 days after the product arrives. We will be responsible for preparing a replacement, so please let us know using the inquiry form.
